Upon the first interview, I learned that the company would prefer to hire someone with a PR or a Canadian citizen. I have a valid work permit for the next three years, and the job was advertised as a one year contract, so I don't see the reason for this statement at all. I highly doubt their intentions in regards to inclusivity and diversity if this is how they treat immigrants in Canada. Very dissapointing.

Entretien
Panel interview with director, hr, and manager. Asks about 9-10 questions regarding experience in admin process and behavioral as well as situational questions. 1 hr interview. Virtual interview. After this interview, you'll get an email regarding if you received the job or not.

Entretien
It was very casual and comfortable. Interviewers were nice and polite and made me comfortable enough to have a conversation rather than feeling nervous and intimidated. The interview was much longer than I'm used to. It lasted about a little over an hour since they had a lot of questions to go over and each question had multiple inquiries. Overall a very good environment.
