I didn't like this interview process. It doesn't seem like a place I want to work. Recruiter was OK but not the nicest. There was a long wait to hear back.

Internal recruiter reached out, had an initial interview. Standard, go over your background type interview. It then moved to a stage with a Recuritment Lead. She wasn’t very knowledgeable, was new to recruitment and didn’t even know what Agency recruitment was/entailed. Not sure why she was even part of the process. Overall place seems a bit disorganized.
