The platform is professional, but not the people. 1st call is with an HR to test your English proficiency. It's followed by an online test with 3 codility questions (easy-low medium). 2nd round (Technical One) is a complete mess. It's an 1-hour interview but they only reserve 30 mins for the live coding. There are 2 questions, for which you have exactly 15 mins to finish and pass all test cases. In my case, the interviewer didn't talk much. He asked me some basic questions (introduction, last company, where I'm locating at). After that was live coding. There were 2 LC-medium questions. The interviewer gave me the question, asked if I understood then started the timer. I feel he tried to push me to start the coding immediately without thinking about solution. I finished the 1st one in time, passed all tests. For 2nd one, I didn't write code fast enough so he said I failed. In fact, after the interview, it took me 3 more lines of code to complete. During live coding, the interviewer didn't say anything. A complete silence. It's a huge disappointment as I expect every coding round should be an open discussion between both sides. I had to ask if he's still listening. Imagine who could finish a leetcode medium question in less than 15 mins including testing? I think this company is looking for some super talented, but if you're that person, better off for FAANG.
