I sent them my resume with only 1 year of experience. During the initial video interview, they had a hard requirement of 2 years. They wouldn't let me even attempt the algorithm which I'm very confident I could pass. My year was at a startup so I've done full applications as a sole developer and lead developer.
Why waste my time if you're going to hard reject based on years of experience when you have my resume beforehand?
I have a year of side projects before my year of professional experience but that doesn't count.
Interview lasted about 5 mins. Cut me off and wouldn't give me a chance to prove myself.

Write a function to return the maximum number of words in a sentence from a given string containing letters, spaces, and sentence-ending punctuation.
Tech screening and then tech interview, leetcode style questions. Then there was a take home project.. not in-person. all done remotely and online. Good interviewers, helpful, easy process and good communication
