Same process as described everywhere. I passed all the tests and got accepted, but it's been a very unpleasant experience nonetheless. Quick 10 mins call to assess my English, the interviewer was from eastern Europe because, of course, this makes so much sense, and he was basically reading a script. After that, they sent me 3 coding challenges to be performed online in 90 mins, these were a bit tough. Then another Skype interview with an automaton, ehm, I mean software engineer, he gave 2 coding challenges to solve while screen sharing, they were easy. Then I was given project to complete within 2 weeks, this was really easy as it is my actual job. Last Skype call with a guy who claimed to be a software engineer, he was reading a script and in all honesty, I doubt he was actually a software engineer as the questions he asked were simply ridiculous and basically ignored the whole project. Hurray! I got accepted in the Toptal network, where they hire only the top 3% of the fools who actually fell for this marketing bs. On the positive side, they are very coherent and consistent, after joining the network they still treat you like ****. If you're thinking to join this club of buffoons, I suggest you to ponder how much you value your time because you risk to waste a lot of it.
