Group Interview followed by single interviews. Very easy going and friendly so had no issues at all. Questions were really straightforward and easy to answer. No need to prepare really as very simple. 10 people in interview at a time. You play some golf aswell

Group interview, they put you into small groups and get you to play top golf with that group and watch and observe you, at the end you get a one to one interview with a manager. It's a very laid back and enjoyable process
Was very straightforward and professional. The interviewer was very kind and also very open. Didn't feel pressured or nervous afterwards. It felt very easy to talk to them. This is how most interviews should be conducted.
