It wasn't your typical interview process. It was a group session that lasted about 3/4 hours. It was very interactive and sectioned into 2 parts. It was a bit intimidating with a group over 50+ people. We got to learn each role and got to know everyone on staff.

It was a a rapid fire series of interviews. Everyone comes in a big group, you do introductions and basic info. You then go form table to table with different managers.

felt like cheerleading tryouts, it was lame
i also thought it was super unprofessional that on the website doesn't list what actual jobs to apply for, it just said front house or back?
