it's like speed dating mixed with summer camp -- they stick you in a group of people, play music, take you out to play topgolf, and call you back in by mini-groups to answer questions at different tables like you're speed dating but they're asking about your availability, willingness to work, and fun facts about you!

Entretien
Group interview, they put you into small groups and get you to play top golf with that group and watch and observe you, at the end you get a one to one interview with a manager. It's a very laid back and enjoyable process
Was very straightforward and professional. The interviewer was very kind and also very open. Didn't feel pressured or nervous afterwards. It felt very easy to talk to them. This is how most interviews should be conducted.
