It was very fun, upbeat, everyone was radiating with positive energy and it was just a fun unique way to do interviews. They just split us off in 4 different groups just say they can narrow us down a little better so they can narrow us down individually

Entretien
First round: fun/goofy/light hearted questions. Ex. What’s your favorite cereal?
Second round: resume/relevant experience. Ex. Tell us about your service experience.
Third round: Free 90 seconds to sell/express yourself. Some people talk about themselves, some people dance. They wanna see that you can carry conversation/have the personality to belong there and be personable/likeable.
Final: Mock service.

Very inclusive experience, able to learn about the company's different job offerings through an interactive work hiring event. Got to know more about the people who work there and ultimately pushed me to accept the job offer!

This is a unique interview process which lasted about an hour. They threw around a questions ball and then took you to meet with these people in the bar dinning area to test your serving skills.
