Was very organized and all the managers really paid attention to you, wanting to see people’s personalities and how they would benefit the team. Answered all questions thoroughly. Managers were very nice, anyone there if you asked them would help you with something if you were lost, it’s a huge building with 3 floors so having someone to help you navigate it was helpful.

My experience was nothing like you read online with those crazy stories of dancing and singing. Pretty standard interview questions. Mostly socializing with the other canidates while you wait your turn to interview. Low stress environment.

It was very social, 80 people were there at the first event. Then they asked you behavioral questions and you picked where you wanted to go. Then they got back to you but you need to standout.

They asked me if I had served before. I had not and now they do no take people that have no be in service. It is just a lot of information to know.

Entretien
They do hiring events. You’ll be put in groups of 4-6 people and trainers from different departments will rotate through after asking several questions. It lasts 2-3 hours. It was a good to get to know the other candidates and gives the company a sense of your personality.
