The process consisted of 5 total interviews with 7 people. phone screen > phone interview with Hiring Manager > a 1.5 hr panel interview with Hiring Manager and 2 associates > Conference Call interview with 2 Leads on the project > phone interview with member of executive team.
The interview process took 2 weeks.
The flow of the process went very well and it was indicated to me 2 days after my interview with the corporate executive member that they would be extending an offer to me within the next 3 business days.
Unfortunately that is not what happened, my recruiter went on vacation and I was passed off to another recruiter, after that point I could not get in contact with anyone on the hiring team for any information. Eventually after several days of trying to get in contact I was emailed to inform me that they went with another candidate.
It is my opinion that no one should be led on that they will be extended an offer if that is not absolutely the case, In the future it would be beneficial for the TopGolf recruiting staff to not discuss offers until their candidate is the only one being extended said offer.
