The initial interview consisted of asking about basic skills and background. The hiring manager asked me to create a high-level digital plan. I did prepare a presentation which took quite a bit of time. They didn’t respond after I checked in with them and finally they did promise to connect with me the following week. Of course, they didn’t. From what I gather, they are asking this from every applicant and implementing some of the changes. They have a web designer who updates the web page and blog post. Do not fall for this, as I have. I don’t trust a company in which the ethics are questionable.
