Interview process was kinda easy, Jons an outgoing dude. They basically do marketing for a non-profit organization, there's a lot of options to grow with the company. Its in person and not digital marketing.

Was told it would a three round interview process. This job is basically sitting in a booth in front of a store, gas station, grocery store etc and trying to get people to donate money and then I would get a percentage of the donation as commission. Reminded me of the DARE people who sit outside and do the same thing. I was offered a second interview but declined because the company seemed fishy also I do not want to sit outside a store and ask people to donate knowing full well I would just be taking some of their money.
