Applied through website, was contacted within a week. Had phone interview with Jim, the owner. Nice enough guy but didn't seem to have too much of a strategic direction for where he wanted his company to fit into the space. He wanted me to fill out an application and come onsite for a 2nd interview. Jim said he was very interested in moving forward so filled out the application and waited for a response. About a 2 weeks later, their company recruiter emailed me and offered me a straight commission sales position. Apparently they only employ 1099 sales people, which would explain why they are having a hard time in that department.
