The interview process was fairly easy and simple. I was asked basic questions, such as "Tell me about yourself", and "Describe a time when you dealt with a difficult situation". The questions seemed to be geared towards the position, but I do not believe that lack of experience in the position you are applying for will result in a penalty. At the end of the interview, I asked what my next steps would be, and I was offered the position on the spot. I did end up taking the internship. One thing to keep in mind about this internship is that it is very much intended for high school to early college students. I would not recommend this interneship late into your college career, unless you have no other experience.

The interview had four of us interviewing with the hiring manager. It was easy, and most of the interview questions were behavioral-based. The interview was more of a formality, and I feel like you are guaranteed to get an internship here
