It was a short one-on-one interview which I wasn't expecting. We sat down for less than 15 minutes. She asked me where else I like to shop and what is the customer service there. I got asked where else I applied to work. The only relevant questions I was asked were, "tell me about your personality?" and, "what do you notice about the environment at Tommy?" It's a two interview process so after the initial interview, they do a reference check and call you in for a second interview.
