The interview process started with a phone call to schedule an in person interview. The in person interview was about answering questions on previous experiences, challenges, how you handle customers and deadlines, how you work under pressure and what you are like working within a team.

What was one challenge you faced in your previous experience and how did you handle it?
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Entretien
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
