Entretien
The store manager got back to me about my application pretty quickly and we exchanged emails for a couple days before she called me for a phone interview. Then I went home from university to conduct an inperson interview. I was made aware of their decision within a week.
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick

Entretien
Interview was very good, asked questions about previous roles and experience, asked how I would support customers etc. Made me feel welcome and comfortable and supported me through the whole process.
