I handed in my CV to the Store Manager and received a call the next day - very quick and responsive. We scheduled the interview for the following day. Came back to the store for the interview. The interviewer was very friendly and charming, made me feel comfortable. Questions were mainly based around story-telling abilities i.e. how good you are at selling an idea and product. I was also tasked to put together an outfit for a specific customer and occasion, which was pretty fun.

Good efficient interview asked around 12 questions very friendly interviewer able to answer all questions asked and helpful in understanding more about the company and job description would recommend the company has many good benefits
It went well and the store manager was able to ask the right questions and not be invasive. Overall very standard questions for a retail job. Focused on how to deal with unhappy customers or how to assist in making a sale happen. Some questions checked general retail knowledge while others wanted to see how good of a sales person.
