Given a IKM test for the first phase and a Skype Call for the second phase. On the second round two guys called and start asking questions. The interviewer was arrogant and in the middle of the interview told me that they were looking for other kind of profile and hang up the call.

I was contacted by the company's recruiter via Linkedin. She asked me to share my CV. I did it by email, and she applied it to the company's website, then she said that she would contact me later. She contacted me after a few weeks and asked me to share my CV again. I was surprised and answered that I did it already. Then was a silence within appr. one month. After that another recruiter contacted me, and she said that she is ready to schedule interview with a hiring manager for tomorrow. I answered, that more then one month have passed since the beginning of the recruitment process without any results, and obviously I was no longer interesting in this proposition. There was no any answer to this.
