The first interview was short - about thirty minutes. Very simple. Asked about my past experiences and college education. Then set up a second, extensive interview with the location I applied for.

Two of the interviews were on the phone, and then there was one ride/ follow day. We got to ride along with a rep and see what the job was like.

The interview process was bad. I interned for them, did a phone call, next day did a video call then went in person the following week for what they call a "follow day" this lasted 4 hours. they showed me around the entire office and I met about eight employees. I kind of thought I had in the bag and I asked good questions. five days later, they sent me a rejection letter. I was very confused because I interned with them and went in person and I don't live very close to the location so it was a big deal for me to go in person and buy a train ticket to the city so I asked why and they basically said the position was already filled before I even went in so there's no way I was even getting the job and they continue to interview me anyways and waste my time and waste their time and waste money so I don't recommend working there they don't care about their employees and they don't even pay you salary wise. Work somewhere else where there's at least a base salary.
