Starts with telephonic interview with the HR to get to know your communication, followed by an aptitude test (moderately simple), then the operations round depends upon on caliber. Most of it is basically about your experience and how well can you understand the project and clients needs.

I had 4 interviews - first one with the HR over the phone, second one with the HR at their office + language test, third one with my potential future Team Leaders, and the last one with the TL who chose me and the Associate Director. All in all it took a bit over a week, but it can take longer if they're having a busy time or are not particularly in a rush.
