The interview process was easy. It was a written interview and they ask basic English questions to make sure you have a good command of the language and how well you do with following instructions.

It was fine, everything was online, no human involved, a video was required, then a test for the languages that the role required, then some writing, and that's it. Normal.
The process involved a screening stage, where you have to complete three tests. At this point I was told that the hourly wage was 18 USD per hour!!! – far too low for this kind of work.
