The interview process was documents-AI interview-1st-2nd. The 1st and 2nd interviews were conducted in person. The 1st was conducted in a comfortable atmosphere, and the first interview was conducted for 30 minutes with 3 interviewers and 4 interviewees. The 2nd interview lasted 30 minutes and consisted of 3 interviewers and 3 interviewees.

This was done through an employee referral. Interview was set up the week after the initial HR screening. HR screening talked about the general role description. After the screening, the next interview was with the 2 hiring managers and the HR. Updates for the application was rather slow but they finally provided the outcome after 4/5 weeks.
