The process is quite fast and smooth. From hackerrank, HR Interview, User Interview (with 2 users with different schedule) and offer letter. It takes around 1,5 weeks for the whole process.
Went smoothly, for associate it's just a basic question about your experience. Interviewed by two people and it is not pressured at all. They also will tell you about the expectation working here.

technical test > hr interview > user interview > offering. I think the recruitment process at Tokopedia is quite fast. The interview is conducted in Indonesian. The user interview is quite crucial because we will be asked to solve problems based on the given case study.

the selection process is 3 round, first with HRD then assesment test, and then with user. The assesment test consist of SQL, viz chart, and logical test. The user interview consist of 2 people with lead from different tribe, but overall they ask about work experience and some business case anda how you solve them
