J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Toast Inc en mai 2025
Entretien
Interview process was very straightforward First round: call with recruiter, who are you, who are we why us why you. Second round: they provide you with a business to research and you do a roleplay with the hiring manager. After that, lots of behavioral questions. Name a goal or something you've been working on recently. Describe a time you made a mistake at work. How do you handle rejection and stress? Third round is a culture fit interview with two other managers. They're just checking to make sure you can work with people, more behavioral questions. I got an offer the same day.

Question 1

3 rounds, first round initial screening with a recruiter, then role play with a manager, and then a back to back interview with 2 hiring managers.
Heard back the same day. Overall the process was a lot more transparent than other companies.

Screening. Mock call/interview. Panel interview (2 30-minute conversations back-to-back). My recruiter helped me prep for the interviews. Very nice. The mock call was ok, but the interviewer seemed deadpan. No personality. Serious. The panel interview sucked. I hated my interviewer because they're literally asking for perfection for a simple entry-level position. During my feedback with my recruiter, she said that because I had experience as an SDR, they were harder on me??? When they ask you about your weaknesses, choose something that they can't nitpick you on in the interview. They want authenticity, but they want everything to be scripted/prepared beforehand. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! They brag about their "incredible" HDR program but because I have experience, then that means I'm "set in my ways" and I'll be more difficult to train according to the feedback I received. Moreover, IF IT THE PROGRAM IS SO INCREDIBLE, WHY DON'T YOU HIRE ME AND MOLD ME INTO THIS INCREDIBLE PERSON THEN? They literally expect perfection. I honestly think they're just looking for any excuse NOT to hire you! Also, all the people I talked to were of european descent! I think they're racist and homophobic ngl.
