Extremely disappointing, I applied for the AE position and scheduled a screening call which by all accounts went well. The recruiter constantly used words of encouragement during our call and even shared the name of the Regional Manager who would be my next contact. Two days later I was out of the interview process with a form letter with invitations to schedule a follow offering feedback as well as a link for a "satisfaction survey". Neither link was operational! Talk about being ghosted! I really think my age was the deciding factor here since I have a wealth of experience selling restaurants and SaaS applications. Senior applicants STAY AWAY!
