The only reason I rated this as a negative experience was due to the lack of communication with the recruiter. I understand people get busy, but isn't the job of a recruiter to reply and interact with potential candidates? I went through the first interview screening where the recruiter showed up 7 minutes late to a 30 minute phone call. Overall, the recruiter was easy to talk to and the call was pleasant. We discussed two different roles and which one I would be applying for. After the call, I received the auto response that I would be moving forward to the next round and to submit my availability . I filled out my availability that same day and emailed the recruiter asking which role I would be moving forward interviewing for. A week goes by and no response from the recruiter or is time scheduled for the next interview. Finally, I get a reply from the recruiter more than a week later which was no more than "Sorry for the delay" and an interview scheduled for the next day. I would have appreciated a little more heads up than the day before, and I still didn't know what position I was interviewing for because the recruiter didn't answer my question.

Applied on LinkedIn, got an initial response back fairly, quickly within a week I believe. First call was with the recruiter. She was very dry and seemed completely unenthused about the company. I had to send an email to prompt each next step to be scheduled from her which was annoying. After that was a call with who would be my direct manager which went much better and I received very good feedback from her. Sent an email that next week prompting the recruiter with the next steps that I was told by one of the people I’d be meeting with ( more recruiters) I’d be moved forward to and scheduled the next meet and the next day I was told that the position had been filled with someone further along in the process. The kicker was one of them said if I saw another position I was interested in to send it directly to her and she would refer me and when I did, I was told that she wasn’t sourcing for that particular role and to cold apply and I would be reached out to if I’m a fit.
