Initial phone screen with standard conversation about your experience. If they think you are a good fit you are invited to round 2 with the district manager where you are asked to prepare a sales pitch. Round 3 is again with the district manger where they ask for a go to market strategy along with a restaurant analysis. They also ask you to revise your sales pitch with the feedback you received. 4th Round is with a regional vp which is a 45 minute conversation where they ask some challenging questions. I had a great connection with the district manger and felt so confident I was ready to give my 2 week notice with my current. Apparently the regional vp did not feel I was a good fit so that was the end of that. Over 10 years in the restaurant business more than 20 years in sales but no offer. I guess they are looking for that perfect person and it was not me. Seems like a great company but they clearly are looking for someone specific. Perhaps someone younger? A lot of work to be told they are going to continue to look with no real feedback as to why.
