Very disjointed and unorganized. Communication was poor through the first 2 interviews. The video conferencing system was spotty and froze multiple times during the interview. Was contacted to schedule a 3rd interview and a time was set. The day of I received two emails, one saying that the position was filled and the second asking to reschedule. That was followed by another that all (three ?) were on the same page and that they were not filling the position.
