Initial screening and the recruiter was late. When she finally gets on you'd think she just got out of bed the way she was communicating. A few weeks of completely wasted time. I believe they never intended to hire for this position she was staying busy.

Found and applied through LinkedIn. Contacted by recruiter about a week later and had a 30 minute phone screening. The next round was a 30 minute call with the hiring manager. Then they gave me 5 days to compete an assignment, going through data, filling in the blanks and determining a best approach for helping optimize profitability. I was tasked with creating a PowerPoint and sharing that with the hiring manager again and a colleague during a 30 minute video interview. The final round consisted of going on site to meet with 6 members of the team for a half hour each. It was a great positive experience overall and I was contacted in a week or less with updates/next steps.
