Incredibly unprofessional experience. Arrived at location on time for scheduled interview and door was locked because no one had showed up for work. The interviewer showed up late and wearing a sports bra and leggings. She sat on the floor and looked over my resume while i was invited to sit on a weight bench.

There was a series of 3 interviews. They all moved relatively quickly over Teams. The first is with the recruiter - it’s very basic and she doesn’t answer questions about the role. Then you interview with a regional manager, then the franchise manager.

I’m going to be honest and say they didn’t ask much. Just about your experience. It was conversational. They asked about my experience and if I had been in sales before.

The interview was great, different but I liked the way that they did it. I am impressed say the least that it was laid back and professional at the same time.
