Four interviews with the first being a HR screening. Standard questions .
Second interview is in person with two sales managers. They will ask you about your experience, success stories, and challenges. Present answers in STAR format and have a few examples for each. Third interview is a live sales presentation to the previous two sales managers, whereby you are given a Tipalti deck and asked to present to a prospective customer...make sure you have pricing detaills and tiers when asked! Last stage is an interview with the director

What are some challenges internally, that you needed to convince your superiors to get onboard regarding a new client?

30 minutes that mostly detailed the role and expectations, territory and comfort carrying a quota. Very few questions about myself and more about Tipalti. The challenge for me was that the role was for the US market. Not a fan of travel to the US.

Entretien
Starts with a standard recruiter call, then 30 mins with the hiring manager, followed by mock demo, and two interviews with senior leadership. Hiring manager call is pretty relaxed, and they go over what they’re looking for in an AE.
HR > Sales Manager > Mock Sales > VP - it is a standard sales process. Managers are open to answering questions and sharing information needed for you to properly prep for the interview.
