I have a very disappointing interview process with Tipalti. I have been selected twice for an interview. Talent Acquisition Specialist is not aligned with hiring managers at all. In my first attempt, I cleared the first round and waited for almost one month of back and forth. I have been told that Hiring Manager is on vacation, and they are moving forward because of the no hiring policy of the higher management of Tipalti. The second time Talent Acquisition Specialist told me I would receive an email from Hiring Manager for the second round, and in a couple of days, I received a communication that they were moving forward with another candidate.

30 minutes that mostly detailed the role and expectations, territory and comfort carrying a quota. Very few questions about myself and more about Tipalti. The challenge for me was that the role was for the US market. Not a fan of travel to the US.

Entretien
Starts with a standard recruiter call, then 30 mins with the hiring manager, followed by mock demo, and two interviews with senior leadership. Hiring manager call is pretty relaxed, and they go over what they’re looking for in an AE.
HR > Sales Manager > Mock Sales > VP - it is a standard sales process. Managers are open to answering questions and sharing information needed for you to properly prep for the interview.
