J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tintri (Mountain View, CA) en avr. 2016
Entretien
Applied by sending my resume to a connection that worked their via LinkedIn. My resume was passed along to the hiring manager and then soon after I got a call from the recruiter. After the initial phone screen a call was set up with the hiring manager for a few days later. I spoke to the hiring manager and it seemed to go well. About a week later I was asked to come in for face to face interviews. I came in and interviewed with about 5-6 people for 30 min each. I thought things went very well and sent follow up thank you emails to everyone I spoke with. I was told they had a few more people to interview and then they would be having a round table meeting to discuss the candidates and make a decision in a few days. After a few days I followed up with the recruiter to inquire about the results of the round table meeting. He said it got pushed out to Friday. So a week after that Friday I followed up with the recruiter again and I got absolutely no response and now it's been several weeks and I've never heard a thing from them. Very unprofessional. They should at least give you an outcome even if I didn't get the job.
