I had sent my resume in order to be hired by e-mail and got a call days later to setup a date for the one on one interview. Once on location, I've met with the person I would work with as well as the hiring manager. The hiring manager was prepared while the other ones barely look at the resume. That one proceeded to ask question about which type of code I know and then gave me a piece of paper and a pen. That person asked me to right some code in a certain language while seeing nervous as well as proceeded to ask questions about languages that were not listed as part of my skills set as described in my resume. The interview took a weird turn when the individual seemed to be angry before being dismissed by the hiring manager who seemed more understanding. You then might have to showcase your portfolio and if you have no more questions, that will be the end of the interview and they'll say that they'll contact you.
Don't expect to be called back or contacted if you have not be chosen.
