From the talent partner to the team managers, the entire process was very inviting and encouraging. The employees really enjoy what they do and that inspires confidence. There was an initial interview with the person who does recruiting, then a follow-up with the team leaders.

It was a smooth process, had some normal written assessment with question about my professional background and then 1 hour interview with 2 senior managers. They mostly asked behavioural and situational questions. Last phone call with HR with job offer

Q. How will you deal with irate customers? Q. What will you do if you don’t know the answer on the call with customer and your supervisor is not available. Q. How will you pitch your idea about the project to your teammates?
