In the last round, they would give you a homework to finish which includes part of the recent data of Tinder and you have to generate some ideas from it.
I started with a Recruiter Screening phone call, and then had my first round conversational interview with the Hiring Manager who was the Director of Marketing Analytics. I did not make it past this round

Standard process. Met with the recruiter to discuss data team at Tinder. I chose to not continue the process but would have been a standard data interview with hiring manager and panel.
