The people at Tim Hortons are really nice. The first step was a video interview-make sure to be brief in your answer and smile! The second round was a behavioural and case study; 1 hour each. The behavioural was like any other interview. The case did not require any prior practice for me because I had consulting interviews but I know of people who went into the interview without prepping and being successful in the round. The final round is 2 parts: 1) a business simulation and the panel interview. You are not guaranteed the panel interview unless you pass the simulation. The simulation is in teams and they mark you based on your ability to make decisions, whether or not you are a team player, your ability to challenge decisions and articulate your thoughts and more. The panel interview is really intimidating. It's riddled with unconventional questions such as solving mental math questions and brain teasers. You will come out of the panel thinking you did not make it however it will be an incredible experience! While I did not receive an offer for the LDP Program, they offered me an Analyst position at GBS.
