The job bank said they need crew members and I went on the day it was posted.
The manager over there was not aware and just gave me a form to apply and said he will give it to the hiring manager . But he asked my Nationality whether I was one them or not .sadly I was not one of their people (I didn't want to say the country ) and I never heard any reply from them.
The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
I had a referral from a friend who had just started working there. I booked an interview with the manager soon after. Interview was approximately 10-15 minutes long and was asked the typical interview questions. I was hired on the spot.

Easy. A couple of questions just prepare and stand out. This includes practicing some questions ahead of time and having experience in the fast food industry is very helpful. You got this.
