Pretty straightforward and professional. First phone interview and if you pass that they call for in person interview. You are well communicated with all the steps. The process roughly took month for me.

Entretien
You first submit an application (standard form available at each store) with your resume attached.This application is then reviewed by management, who then decide if pursuing an in-person interview is worthwhile. The interview is 1 on 1 with the store manager. From my experience, there is only one interview.

Walked in the store and applied in person with my resume printed. They asked about my availability and if I was applying for part time or full time. They also give you an application paper that you have to fill out, and inform you they will call you whether or not you have an interview.
Got a call back from the manager and scheduled an in-person interview that took around 10-15 minutes.

Quick process during interview. The Manager was friendly and had a good vibe from the place. The Store seemed short staffed.

I have Heard a lot about Tim hortons so I am really glad to be working here. A good start for new people in the country.
It is a Fast paced environment .
