30-minute interview consisting of a variety of questions to understand applicant and abilities. and written component which was not too difficult or long. All questions were relevant to the job. Go into it with confidence and it will go well.

It was easy/ General questions about customer service and how to handle a situation if 2 team members get into an argument and how to deal with irate customers. They ask what you can do to handle these kind of situations. They also ask what are some of your strengths and weaknesses and how they would affect your work.

I applied to a position available. Waited a few weeks to get a phone call. Then we set up a time and date. After interview would call to let me know if I got the job.
My interview process I found to be easy and fast, although I did have to wait a little bit for the manager to actually be available. I wasn't hired on the spot, but recieved a call back after a couple days and was hired.
