J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tim Hortons (Montréal, QC) en févr. 2016
Entretien
Received a call after 4 days of applying online. Easy interview. They ask a little of bit my background, just to know about me and they also ask for availability. They don't expect you to have amazing specs as long as you present yourself respectfully.
Pretty straightforward and professional. First phone interview and if you pass that they call for in person interview. You are well communicated with all the steps. The process roughly took month for me.

Walked in the store and applied in person with my resume printed. They asked about my availability and if I was applying for part time or full time. They also give you an application paper that you have to fill out, and inform you they will call you whether or not you have an interview.
Got a call back from the manager and scheduled an in-person interview that took around 10-15 minutes.
