it was a smooth process and the peer interviewer was friendly. the hiring manager was late and under-prepared though. ok experience with little focus on the technical aspect. the interview was held in english but the role itself required you to understand chinese.

It was a HR call asking about background, it was quite short. HR was nice and friendly but it was more to filter out candidates who did not fit the basic criteria, eg: Visa requirements or Essential Skills

Standard process, HR round, 3 interviews. HR was very helpful but the second round turned into consulting case study kind of interview instead of any tech related question. Overall interviewers are professional and process was smooth.
