The interview process is quite extensive, involving four or five rounds with different team leads. However, I believe this thorough approach is essential for gaining a comprehensive understanding of the role and its expectations.
First interview with HR focused on my experience and influencer selection. Second round with the hiring manager included more detailed questions about the structure, dynamics, and functioning of the TikTok Live environment.
