Quite relaxed, but the HR pronunciation makes it hard to understand for people with a bit limited English listening. I received message 4 days after applying, then we had a phone call for around 10 minutes and 3 days later I had the interview with the team leader.

Easy and smooth process. 4 stages interviews so be ready to WAIT as it’s a very long process, I think it was a couple of months for me before I got the offer.
