All the reviews you see below are true and relevant. The overall process is very unprofessional. The interviewer did not introduce herself and share information regarding the role. She started the interview by speaking English and in the middle suddenly switched to Mandarin(just to test my Mandarin). The interview was interrupted several times by people entering the room (we were using Zoom, but people kept entering her room). No whatever follow up after the interview. The bottom line is after spending time with the person(I do not even know if she is the hiring manager), you have no clarity about the role, the team they are trying to build, and the company. All you felt is they are extremely unprofessional and wonder how they could grow in the US.

Interview process had a lot of steps, which were spread over a number of employees across different timezones. This made organising the meetings difficult and eventually I never heard back from them after my third interview.
