Initial recruiter screening leads to a peer PM technical after recruiter reach out. Next, the Hiring Manager assesses vision, followed by two skip-level leadership evaluations. Finally, an HRBP confirms culture and compensation alignment.

There are in total 4rounds including 2 rounds with senior peers and 1 round with +1 and round with HR, not that difficult. But I think the experience match is most important……..
