The interview process with TikTok started with TikTok sources reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule phone screening. Then I phone screening with that source. After than, interviewed with the hiring manager.

1 HR pre screen + 2 Business rounds with the hiring manager and cross functional team member. Then the HR will reach out again for offer call and salary negotiation
