TAP phone screen for 30 minutes. 30 minutes teams interview with director. 1 hour onsite with local teams. No facility tour provided. Overall it was fine, I was initially communicated with but like others posts, I was ghosted. There appeared to be some disconnect on interview logistics and the building having a sign to push a button that doesn't work.

Applied online. Recruiter contacted me and set up an interview. I thought the interview went well, and I was told to would hear next steps soon. Never did, I was ghosted.
